“Celebrity chef” Rob Rees MBE has held a presentation about the rejuvenated British food culture and our European Regional Director Joss Croft also spoke about how we are working up to the 2012 Olympics in Britain.
The press meeting closed with a lunch buffet. A very tasty variety of British dishes was served, the menu was of course directed by Mr. Rees himself. Now, a number of interviews will take place before our bransch event starts at 5pm with British music, drink and all our friends from the industry.
