Hello there! You should have bought the tickets from us before you left. Then you can skip the queue at the ticketoffice and enter the wheel more or less directly. It actually gives you 30 minutes with a fabolous view. Sorry to hear you didn’t make it. Maybe next time? Buy the tickets in our webshop then!
